The first step is easy – just reach out and let us know that you are interested in becoming a BIPartner. We will discuss the details of what our franchise model looks like, the responsibilities you will have, and how we will help you to be successful.
Step 2: The Compatibility Check
We want to ensure that we are a perfect match, so we always send potential BIPartners the Compatibility Check after our initial contact. The Compatibility Check is a document that helps us understand your organization aligns with our mission and that your operation is ready to be leader in your community for creating interest and hosting classes for the skilled trades. The result of the check does not immediately eliminate your organization – it helps us to identify potential areas for growth so you are fully prepared to host successful classes and be a local representative of Big Ideas.
Step 3: Get Ready for a Visit!
Once you are approved as a BIPartner, we plan a visit! We want you to be 100% confident in our mission and your role within that, and the best way to do that is to meet in person to walk through it! We equip you with the tools you need to succeed.
